No CSA naval presence to contest (though if there from Coventry it's still blockaded).  As with all the rest I'm speaking only for CSA and not necessarily the SP as well.

OOC: Coming from a lot of places. :-) And you never declared the FP of the blockading force at Coventry. Is that not required?

FWL pass's through this hex without further issue.
