The arrival of the third warship in the Abejorral system heralded the arrival of CSA troop transports for some gunboat diplomacy.

"Abejorral System Control, I Star Colonel Zacariah Truscott of Clan Star Adder, have been dispatched to bring this world into the Steiner Protectorate.  With your location so close to the Steiner Protectorate's capitol this must be no surprise.  I have brought overwhelming force with me to ensure success.  There is no need for your militia to die needlessly.  Such waste is pointless and any resistance would be futile.  No one shall be allowed to enter or leave this system until it has joined the SP. (blockaded)  Afterwords, any who do not wish to remain will be allowed to depart unmolested."

OOC: Invasion after giving the option to surrender.   Due to winning init v. the FWL in this hex, this would happen before the FWL arrival in this thread:

"Star Adder forces, this is Hauptmann Markus Küfer commander the Abejorral militia. This is a Lyran Commonwealth world, not part of your quisling Protectorate. If you want Abejorral, you'll have to take it by force."

(OOC: 1 FP of militia defends - you may roll out both sides of the fight since the outcome seems pretty clear)

CSA Damage: 7 Deal 40% of FP to Opponent = 1.2, round up to 1.25FP

Militia Damge: 7 Deal 40% of FP to Opponent = .4FP, round up to .5FP



After Round 1:
CSA: 3 - .5 = 2.5FP
Militia: 1 - 1.25 = overkilled



I believe I did it right
