So, lets try to do this the right way...

Turn 3 wrap-up

The Raven Transport has 76 + 7 = 83 * .1 = 8 FP
The Ryoken-San has 70 * .3 = 21 FP

Ravens take 21 FP to the Transport and have 57 FP remaining after Battlefield repair
The Ryoken-San take 8 FP and have 64 FP remaining after Battlefield repair

The Ryoken-San repel the dropships.
