OOC: Same same Adders pointed out I had made one thread for Vermezzo and Virtue
Fusiliers of Oriente
Burning in requesting a trial
Offering 5 FP of ground and 1 FP of Aero
Will call in additional forces should the Adders bid dishonorably.
[ooc: pending question in with GMs that I really should have thought of earlier]
IC: no responses to FWL request for Trial, just the same prerecorded message
[ooc: to keep things moving...if I screw up, I screw up]
Portions of the (former) 26th Lyran Guard Regimental Combat Team await their uninvited and unwanted guests.
Armor Brigade - 7.75 FP
Infantry Brigade - 2.75 FP
Adder force we find your bid dishonorable so now you shall face the full might of the Fusillers.
Ground 40.5
Air 1.5
"You invade our world and call us dishonorable...well you League types are more than familiar with that term seeing as you haven't been honorable in over 300 years."
[ooc: while the Armor and Infantry keeps the Full Might of the Fusillers occupied, the remainder of 26th fade into the background]
Roll 1: [blockquote]Rolled 2d6 : 5, 3, total 8[/blockquote]
Result: 8 Deal 50% of FP to OpponentC
Poss Crit: [blockquote]Rolled 2d6 : 4, 6, total 10[/blockquote]
Two Crit Results:
1) [blockquote]Rolled 2d6 : 4, 6, total 10[/blockquote]
2) [blockquote]Rolled 2d6 : 6, 6, total 12[/blockquote]
Crit Effect 1)
10 Deal 60% of FP to OpponentCD
CD – As C, plus the defending force is disrupted and may not be issue orders for one operational round.*
Crit Effect 2)
12 Deal 70% of FP to OpponentCR
CR – As C, plus the defender is routed and must use Withdrawal orders in the next operational round.*
Possible Crit 1a)[blockquote]Rolled 2d6 : 2, 6, total 8[/blockquote]
Possible Crit 2a)[blockquote]Rolled 2d6 : 6, 1, total 7[/blockquote]
Crit Effect 1a)[blockquote]Rolled 2d6 : 3, 2, total 5[/blockquote]
Crit Effct 2a) no Crit
[ooc: ARRRGH *headbang smilie*....screwed up on Crit Effects...I think]
Crit Effect 1) 10 Reduce damage received by 5%.
Crit Effect 2) 12 Force enemy to retreat, increase damage dealt by 30%.
Crit Effect 1a) 5 Opponent receives -1 on all future rolls this combat (CO killed).
can GG calculate, correctly, the total damage and effects inflicted by the SACS...that is the question
Summary-
base damage: 10FP * 0.5 = 5FP
crit 1: damage sustained reduced by *.05FP
crit 1a: opponent -1 all rolls this combat
crit 2: forced enemy retreat; damage modifier: 10FP * 0.3 = 3FP
total damage caused = 8FP (?) + opposing CO killed (-1 combat rolls) + enemy forced to retreat
did I get it right?
Looks right to me great roll. :-)
FWL damage Roll
[blockquote]Rolled 2d6 : 1, 4, total 5[/blockquote]
41.5 *.25 = 10.375 which rounds to 10.25 Damage
Defender is reduced to .25 FP.
Forced Withdrawl will be implemented for round 2.
Round 2 FWL force withdraws.
Oh and adjustment.
10.25 -.05% = 9.75 damage so Adder Comm Force stands at .75 FP
Salvage pool stands at 9.75+8=16.75 FP
Since you opted for invasion instead of trial you need to roll a salvage roll which is a 2d6. You will then add 15 to that number.
That is the percentage of FP you can recover. i.e. say you rolled a 12. 12+15 =27% you would then get 16.75*.27= 4.5 FP recovered to recoup your losses.

Salvage[blockquote]Rolled 2d6+15 : 1, 2 + 15, total 18[/blockquote]
Ok Adders win the invasion.
and recover 18% of the salvage pool for their forces. so thats 3 FP you can assign it to your forces however you want to.
Salvage Pool = 16.75
16.75 * 0.18 = 3.015 (round up(?) to 3.25)
Surviving Adder Forces 0.75 + 3.25 = 4FP
is that correct?
and as I was typing you answered my question...lol
Uh uh rounds to the nearest .25 which is 3 FP even.

I just realized that now...thanks for catching that
