Arluna once more was host to the emerald green ships of Clan Jade Falcon appearing in system, although this time, it was different. Instead of waiting for landing clearance, the jumpships disgorged a host of dropships and fighter screens immediatly after arrival, the lot of which began making maximum speed for the world. No communications were recieved from the new arrivals, and not even transponder codes could be gleaned: the ships were under a total communications blackout.
On the surface however, Star Captain Hazen was standing in the control room for Arluna Spaceport, speaking to the port's head of security.
"Those are the forces I told you about. They already had pre-planning landing zones, so just hold the pattern up once they arrive, and asjust after. We can't afford to let the WoB know they're on their way untill the last possible minute. No word of this leaves the room, understand?" The man looked uncomfortable, but wasn't about to risk the wrath of a Clan warrior.
((OOC: And the fun part begins. CJF forces are dropping on Arluna to hit the WoB compound.))
The HPG garrisons of the UIW, never large to begin with, have been considerably under-strength since the plague scoured the region; still, as the emergency klaxons howled, Word of Blake Militia reported to their battle stations, ready to make the ultimate sacrifice for their Order.
0.50 FP of WOB Militia (one or two 'Mechs supported by light tanks and infantry) prepare to defend the compound. WOB will blow the HPG core as soon as any Clanners break the defense lines.
