I believe a 9 is a 'pass' for you and therefore success.  You gain 0.25FP (unless someone tells me differently).

You succeeded in your Pirate Point insertion, no Raid Transit roll is needed.

Parm, roll your Raid Defense -2.

Does his Raid Transit roll default to his combat, or does he have to roll it again after Parm declares his force?

Mmmm... and here I thought you might have brought along ground troops, seeing as how there is no space based industry at Addasar.

There is no Magistracy ASF present in system, so unless you have ground troops?
