Space ripped open and more ships appeared. The lead vessel was unusual look for a a warship. Her front was stubbed with a tower rising from her well armored sides. Along with her escorts a thimble like warship and a jumpship holding more dropships and fighters, the proud warship joined the Lyran Blockade.
Inside the armored and centralized bridge of the FSS Lucien Davion II, Admiral Ken Nakajima watched as the hologram of the Lucien Davion came into formation with the much acclaimed warship that had fought at Hesperus II only to disappear. "This could be almost a picture of the Federated Commonwealth."
It was long sundered dream. Even when Yvonne was made Regent for her brother during his coma, there were some joy at the prospect of a renewed Federated Commonwealth. But it was not meant to be.
"Has Commodore Crusiet already started coordinated with Invincible's CAG?" asked Nakajima. Vice Admiral Brian J. Leonards nodded. ""Though Commodore screamed that it was a waste of time." Nakajima nodded. "Well then, tell Colonel Millier al-Nahib that the word is given."
Dropships from the 12th Vegan Rangers then started to detach and head to join the Tamar Cavaliers.
Commodore Mark Lee Crusiet smiled as he made his way to his Dagger Omnifighter, Providence. "Today may be the day that I finally meet my fate in the endless void sea." He passed several marines who getting ready for action against possible enemy warships.

There is no Falcon military presence on or around the planet.
a point has been brought up, that initiative rolls are needed. my bad
[blockquote]Rolled 2d6 : 3, 5, total 8[/blockquote]
Federated Suns Initiative
[blockquote]Rolled 2d6 : 2, 3, total 5[/blockquote]
LC Init:
[blockquote]Rolled 2d6 : 1, 4, total 5[/blockquote]
((OOC: Ok, so my Falcons leave the system before you arrive. Just waiting to see if Hellion or Wolf forces leave before your arrival. Otherwise the system is undefended))
Wolf init
[blockquote]Rolled 2d6 : 6, 2, total 8[/blockquote]
Wolves also leave before the Suns arrive.
Init CIH
[blockquote]Rolled 2d6 : 1, 4, total 5[/blockquote]
So that means you leave right as they appear?
I believe the Horses might need an initiative roll as well...
[blockquote]Rolled 2d6 : 3, 1, total 4[/blockquote]
sooo, whatever forces the Horses had in-system would be finishing calculations right as the Lyrans and FedSuns arrived, yes?
The invaders arrived just in time to see the Ice Hellion ships jumping out of the system - this was a case of simultaneous arrival/departure. The Horses, however, lost initiative to the FS/LC attackers and are potentially caught in the blockade (though they can attempt blockade running and/or pirate transit to escape if they wish).
Still need a reply from whoever's left.
After all this time, it is probably just the Horses detachment that remains. In this case, one element.
I'll go for the best option of leaving the system (ie... either blockade running or pirate transit). Here is a roll:

CHHS Gwaihir
Dompaire System
Jade Falcon Occupation Zone
Star Captain Xanthon Johnston had watched as the combined Clan fleet slowly dispersed, it's separate command elements departing for duty elsewhere. As a single ship element of a minor naval clan, he had expected to be at the tail of those departing, so was not surprised when the redeployment schedule was released. What was interesting was the arrival of the extremely large Inner Sphere force comprising warships and transport vessels of the Lyran and Davion nations.
Unfortunately for the interested Avalon class cruiser closest to the Gwaihir, her transit vector was all wrong for an intercept. Even the fighters now launching, and a very neat example of an immediate combat deployment it was, could not hope to touch his command.
Sensors taking in as much intelligence information as possible, the Gwaihir sidestepped the forming blockade, then winked out of existence.
(ooc: the arriving IS forces would note that the Cameron class Gwaihir IFF is recognisable to them as the Mandrill vessel Samantha Cline. Although she now has a rather large Hell's Horses insignia on her bow, as opposed to the previous monkey)
With no defenders to repel them, the Inner Sphere seizes control of Dompaire.
