CSRS Morning Violence
4 July 3069
Aboard the Morning Violence, Star Commodore Zahid took the final tally. All forces reported in. The populated worlds below shown like beacons in a dark sea. "Prepare the ground forces, and someone get me the results from the sector sweep."
Third Lyran Regulars mobilize to respond. (All ground units)
"Star Commodore, there is no resistance to our landing." Zahid gave the order. "Give us a close Stationary Orbit without pushing it too close and tell Galaxy Commander Harper she may proceed with the Landing. Our escorts will also provide ground cover as needed, but that if there is trouble up here, they will be recalled."

Whoops, failed to post this earlier. The LC mutineers from Montmarault are passing through this system on their way to the RD, so we may need initiative to see when they arrive relative to the Clanners.
LC Rebels initiative
[blockquote]Rolled 2d6 : 1, 3, total 4[/blockquote]
Raven Alliance Initiaive.
[blockquote]Rolled 2d6 : 1, 5, total 6[/blockquote]
((OOC: Raven Alliance Fate? I think you are mixing your games :)))
(OK - Lyran rebels will arrive in operational round 2. Carry on, folks)
Does the LC want this Played out or Simrezed? Here is the current Raven breakdown on the ground.

Biota - 78 FP
La Graves - 97.25 FP
39 FP ground on La Graves. I will have time to play this out in MM this weekend.
You have a PM regarding my availability this weekend.
Per your post am I to assume Militia only on Biota?
There's still plenty of time left in the cycle to arrange La Graves, I'd like to play one out, but this weekend is not good for me. Please advise on the status of Biota's Defenders.
<Bump> We fighting this one still?
Well, times running out so I'll roll my side.
Assuming only Militia on Biota (2:1)
Delta Solohma Cluster
2 FP
On La Graves all forces will engage. (2:1)
Kappa Galaxy + Escorts on Ground Support
97.25 FP
CSR - Biota Invasion Roll
[blockquote]Rolled 2d6 : 2, 5, total 7[/blockquote]
CSR - La Graves Invasion Roll
[blockquote]Rolled 2d6 : 2, 1, total 3[/blockquote]
CSR earns the Lyran Defenders on La Graves a Critical Roll.
[blockquote]Rolled 2d6 : 4, 1, total 5[/blockquote]
And need Combat rolls for LC forces at Biota and La Graves
[blockquote]Rolled 1d6 : 4, total 4[/blockquote]
Outnumbered over 3 to 1, (I have no idea what's going on with the "Rebels", this is that 1fp of green shit militia...)
La Grave's militia inflict a laughable .33 FP of damage to Kappa Galaxy this round.
Outnumbered 2:1, the Biota Militia makes a stand in the methane soaked badlands...
[blockquote]Rolled 2d6 : 6, 5, total 11[/blockquote]
and catch the Snow Raven Solahma in a brutal vise made of men and worn out equipment, the scrappy settlers inflict .75 FP, surprising their confident foes with their courage and cunning adaptability.
[blockquote]Rolled 2d6 : 2, 4, total 6[/blockquote]
However, these are miners and farmers, not super-soldiers, and they fail to achieve a critical event.
Biota (2:1)
CSR 2 FP
LC 1 FP
CSR Roll: 7
LC Roll: 11
LC = No Crit
CSR does 65%
LC does 75%
CSR deals 2 * .65 = 1.25 FP in Damage
LC deals 1 * .75 = .75 FP in Damage
CSR have 2 - .75 = 1.25 FP remaining
LC forces are Destroyed.
CSR does not sustain enough damage to benefit from Damage Control
Salvage Pool is 1.75 * (2D6+15)%
La Graves (2:1)
LC has 39 FP, not MIlitia.
LC needs to reroll with 2D6, not 1D6 :P
Bump
QuoteLa Graves (2:1)
LC has 39 FP, not MIlitia.
LC needs to reroll with 2D6, not 1D6
[blockquote]Rolled 2d6 : 4, 3, total 7[/blockquote]
La Graves (2:1)
Biota (2:1)
CSR 97.25 FP
LC 39 FP
CSR Roll: 3
LC Roll: 7
LC = No Crit
CSR does 45%
LC does 50%
CSR deals 97.25 * .45 = 43.75 FP in Damage
LC deals 39 * .5 = 19.5 FP in Damage
CSR have 97.25 - 19.5 = 77.75 FP remaining
LC forces are Destroyed.
CSR gains 2 FP thru Damage Control
Potential Salvage Pool is 58.5 * 2D6+15
Salvage Roll - Biota
[blockquote]Rolled 2d6+15 : 6, 5 + 15, total 26[/blockquote]
Salvage Roll - La Graves
[blockquote]Rolled 2d6+15 : 5, 6 + 15, total 26[/blockquote]
Biota Salvage = .5
La Graves Salvage = 15.25
Salvage crew had to deal with bodies, the 3rd Lyran Guard's resistance had been nearly fanatical, but in the end the outcome could not have been in doubt, the few survivors so badly wounded that they literally could NOT offer up resistance. some died waiting for medtechs on the triage tables.
The Lyrans in the La Grave system could be called a lot of things, but coward is/was not one of those things.
