CSA ASF forces would be waiting in system when the TH invaders.  Did the rules change on us this cycle that the invader doesn't need to post up their units at least if not FP?

TH inflicts 40% (4 on 1:1 table) doing 1 FP of damage.
CSA inflicts 75% (10 on 1:1 table) doing 2.25 FP of damage.

TH Fighter Squadrons 0.25 Remaining
CSA APP 6 -2 FP Remaining

Since APP 6 took 33% damage, the interdiction should be successfully broken.
