Attacker rolls 6, 30% damage

Defender: 1 FP x 40%=.4 FP

Attacker:
Because it was just infantry defending, the lead is taken by the Infantry Regiment, 5FP

5 x 30%= 1.5 FP

Defender starts with 1.0 FP, subtract 1.5, the result is equal to or below zero.

Defense is overwhelmed and over-killed.

Salvage pool: 1.9FP (rounded down to 1.75)
