CW vs. Hanseatic League  Ressource Raid  Gateway DP1313

Raid Transit roll(no pirate insertion):

This dice roll has been tampered with!
Rolled 2d6 : 1, 6, total 7

failed - Wolves push onward nonetheless

Dave Baughman

No defensive interdiction.

Silent, I might be up for actually playing this one. What is your availability for MegaMek like?
And I looked, and behold a pale horse: and his name that sat on him was Apollyon, and Hell followed with him. And power was given unto them over the fourth part of the earth, to kill with sword, and with hunger, and with death, and with the beasts of the earth.

silentwarrior

I do not play MegaMek, but this is open for proxies

Raid Defense force roll:[blockquote]Rolled 2d6 : 2, 3, total 5[/blockquote]

silentwarrior

90% of Attacker may defend

Clan Wolf: 1st Wolf Cavalry Assault Armor Star 1,25 FP

Hansa Forces may use 1,125 FP

open for proxies

Sounds like fun. When do you have time to play?

What's your availability like? I am probably going to be busy this weekend, but I will be free evenings all next week.
And I looked, and behold a pale horse: and his name that sat on him was Apollyon, and Hell followed with him. And power was given unto them over the fourth part of the earth, to kill with sword, and with hunger, and with death, and with the beasts of the earth.

silentwarrior

Decided to roll this, because it is late in the turn:

Wolf raiders:
[blockquote]Rolled 2d6 : 6, 1, total 7[/blockquote]

Hansa defenders
[blockquote]Rolled 2d6 : 4, 5, total 9[/blockquote]

silentwarrior

Wolf deals 45 %
Hansa deals 60%
Hansa gets the chance for a critical event:
[blockquote]Rolled 2d6 : 6, 1, total 7[/blockquote]

Dave Baughman

Special Scenario

Hansa resistance is unexpectedly light; they only inflict 30% instead of 60. The industrial area you raided seemed abandoned except for military guards, but stockpiles were still in place - raid outcome is not affected.

The planet appears to be "running dark" - no chatter on civilian radio bands.

Your DropShip crew observes signs of the aftermath of large uncontrolled fires in many of the habitation centers as you pass over them in orbit.
And I looked, and behold a pale horse: and his name that sat on him was Apollyon, and Hell followed with him. And power was given unto them over the fourth part of the earth, to kill with sword, and with hunger, and with death, and with the beasts of the earth.

silentwarrior

No critical event for the hansa defenders

Wolf deals 0,55 FP to Hansa defenders
Hansa deals 0,34 to Wolf raiders per GM decision

Wolf: 1,25-0,34 = 0,91 FP
Hansa 1,125-0,55 = 0,58 FP

Wolf forces fight on:

Wolf: This dice roll has been tampered with!
Rolled 2d6 : 4, 2, total 6
Hansa: This dice roll has been tampered with!
Rolled 2d6 : 5, 2, total 7

silentwarrior

Pending approval from the GMs I declare the raid a success for the Wolves.

Raid salvage roll: [blockquote]Rolled 2d6 : 4, 3, total 7[/blockquote]

Wolves take the isorla along with bondsmen and interrogate them on the way out.

Wolves have also the vacinity for the Arluna flu on board.

silentwarrior

7+5= 12% of 0,89 FP= 0,11

Raider claims:
[blockquote]Rolled 2d6 : 3, 5, total 8[/blockquote]

silentwarrior

Wolves claim 90%: 0,09 bringing the wolf force back to 1FP flat.

Star Commander Dyrk was pleased, despite having lost one of his Athenas the raid was a success.  He even salvaged enough spare parts to bring the others to full strength.
But something was strange about this world. But having claimed some bondsmen he will simply ask them. They will give him the information one way or another.
