Were it anyone else, the Fed Suns militia commander might have only sent a portion of his forces to secure the planatery defenders while his command unit moved to positions in the city and space ports. However, with the Dark they had strict orders to take no chances. They had done, unspeakable acts. Killed indiscrimenantly and the last time they tried to eradicate them, a few survived to become this new menace, so he ordered forth his whole unit to make sure all the roots of the tree of evil were no more.
