Khan Hall,

I would like to congratulate you on your new position and reconfirm the manuevers of the AFFS portion of the SLDF. I hope we have somewhat of the free hand to plan our operations that we benefited from under Victor. Our forces fight well when they know who they're fighting for.

Recently under the perogitive of Prince Yvonne and the High Council, the AFFS Commitment to the war effort has been increased from 5% to 10% of our military. Despite the Dark being a serious threat to our nation, we have not requested the aid of the SLDF directly. If this changes, I am sure it will come to you thru higher channels.

However, we do have a serious issue that is currently working it's way thru the diplomatic core that you should be aware of. One of our planets in the Outback, Flitvelt, is of key importance to our defense against the Dark. We lost all of our defenders there but not before our re-inforcements arrived in system. Knowing that we had a large ground force on the way to eradicate the Dark forces there, the HPG operaters used a Nuclear device to blow up their station and take some of the Dark with them. While we can not fathom why this had to happen with our forces so close, it will as yet make an impact on relations for the Federated Suns within the Star League.

Effective immediately, all units operating under SLDF colors must be answerable to SLDF Command structure.  Forces working with the SLDF via JCA, but not under SLDF authority, must fly their national colors only.

Subject: Disposition of Forces

Effective immediately, all forces under SLDF command or liason forces are ordered to remain on location or operating on previous orders.  Forces operating in the former Lyran Commonwealth worlds are to communicate any requests from planetary forces via priority channels.  No Lyran claimant government is recognized by the Star League at this time.  Until that occurs, SLDF will operate under last agreements with recognized Lyran government.

Subject:  Return of Magistracy of Canopus Worlds held by the Star League

Ladies and Gentlemen,

Per the directive issued by the First Lord that all Clan Star Adder military forces were to be removed from Canopian soil, this has been valid for nearly two years.

As such, the Magistracy seeks the return of those worlds held directly by the Star League, namely the worlds of Early Dawn and Luxen.

Additionally, I would address to the Star League the issue of Canopian worlds currently occupied by select member nations of the Star League and also seek their return forthwith.
