Without any preamble, a considerable number of jumpships began entering the New Hati System.  All bearing Horse Alliance insignia. 

Shortly thereafter, a message was received at the command centre on the planetary surface from the fleet commander informing the still worried Davion officer on the ground that the Horse Alliance was requesting staging areas for it's ships.
