This former world of the Circinus Federation usually saw little traffic, except in the way of the odd tramp steamer whose aged captain plied the outer trade routes.  Today though, for those who were able to notice, a number of Magistracy of Canopus jump equipped vessels suddenly materialised at the Nadir point.  The largest of these immediately deployed a small CAP, while the rest of the flotilla deployed their sails to begin a recharge.  No communications were sent from the flotilla as they went about their business.

With no communications either way between the two factions, the Magistracy ships recharge and jump out.
