Cats grudgingly grant the Militia their lifes unharmed if they lay down weapons. With word of an armistice pending, The cats will make obligatory screening for genes, but other than that not much. If they are pure, they can even be integrated as Volunteer Cat troops. Problem is, I cannot let them stay independent with 5 FP. :/ They would either become Cats, essentially or give up their warmaterial.

Is that acceptable?
