The Shark Supremacy is filling suit against:

*McCarron's Armored Calvary
*15th Dracon

Both former mercenary units who gave up the mercenary trade and membership in the MRBC over 20 years ago.

These units have been part of the CCAF and should be no longer thought of as mercenary, their wages, materials and such have all been paid from government coffers and not for services rendered like a regular mercenary unit.

Most if not all of the property of the units is owned by the government and not themselves and their actions are akin to theft.

If these units are allowed to mutiny on the Shark Supremacy it opens the door for any house unit to leave their realm and turn mercenary when things do not suit them.

The Shark Supremacy is asking the MRBC not to recognize these units as being able to acquire contracts unit such time as they:

*Pay for their units from the government at market rates.
or
*Return all government property.

The government does not argue against their citizens leaving their realm, their grievance stems from theft of government property.

Unfortunately, your request is both unreasonable, and unenforceable. Many mercenary units leave their Houses of origin to take up the mercenary trade. This is a primary source of new mercenary commands to the MRBC. Therefore, your request to deny these units access to the MRBC is laughable at best.

Likewise, the Shark Supremacy is not the Capellan Confederation, or a legitimate successor of. The Star Leauge has ruled you to be your own independent entity from the Capellan Confederation, meaning that previous oaths of loyalty are no longer valid according to our legal department. They are free to act as they wish, and are not under our jurisdiction untill they have taken a contract.

Please do not waste this Department's time. This department handles contract disputes between registered mercenary units, and registered employees with a valid MRBC-backed contracts, not internal disputes between 'progressive elements'.
