FYI, combat sub-boards will only open once the intelligence reports for the turn have been sent, so basically when you see those boards appear it is safe to open threads in them. This will hopefully reduce any avoidable delays with regard to combat starting.

Well, when I went back to my sheets to make some final changes, I found that it was all messed up again.  Being as I've got to go to work soon, I don't have the time to fix it.  And since like some others, I'm pretty fed up with this new sheet anyway, I really don't have the inclination even if I did.  So its going to be late.

Almost all reports are out. Just researching some data for the last one of those whose sheets I have so far. I will open up the combat threads once that last report from the first batch is out.
