With the usual but never quite regular ripple of space, an LCAF fleet rippled into being at Blenfeld's nadir jump point.

"Attention people of Blenfeld: your planetary government's refusal to comply with the Dissolution Act has placed your loyalty to the Estates General in question. Marshal law is to be opposed on your world, under the direction of incoming LCAF forces. Do not attempt to resist - only your planetary leadership will be held accountable."

(OOC:Again, assuming a fight, but who knows.)
