MRBC Board Rules

The MRBC board will operate under the following rules:

1) All contract negotiations are 100% in character
2) the MRBC(read GM PM Box) must be CC'd on any attempts to sell a contract directly from one employer to another(normal hiring is done via these boards)
3) All hiring/inquiries about hiring a mercenary unit must be made on the MRBC boards. Please do not send PMs about hiring mercenaries to the GM PM box
4) The list of mercenary commands availible for hire will be updated every 2 months(each turn). Commands not listed at a given time, cannot be hired
5) Independant Mercenary units(those not registered with the MRBC) will not recieve offical Dragoons Ratings, not will they be eligible for MRBC services. Govornment-sponsored Mercenaries are not eligible to be registered with the MRBC
6) Mercenary units begin their contracts on Outreach. Untill hired, they do not exist on the game map in any capacity.
