Turning to his comm tech he spoke, "Contact high command and tell him what is going on."

"Captain, you are hardly in the position to give me orders. Your soverignty is not recognized by the Terran Hegemony, as you are simply the latest batch of vat-spawned usurpers to come to town. We have ample means to enforce our demilitarization of this sector. Stand down before you do something rash that you will regret."

['Unit' refers to the forces involved in the combat. To avoid the -1, you would need to sit out the whole force that was used in Op1, correct]
