OOC: I think the confusion is that while its a Jade Falcon system, the target of the trial are guest SYs owned by the Snow Ravens.

((OOC: Holt, what i'm saying is that the SYs at Sudeten are those built by the Falcons, except for one which is currently non-operational, given to us by the Ravens. If you are attempting to get SYs back from the Ravens, you will have to hit Blair Atholl. The Falcons are not responsible for a deal falling through between you and the Ravens, you'll have to take that up with them.))

Those shipyards must have been moved, because the only ones i have at Sudeten are the 2 Falcon yards, plus one given to us by the Ravens as part of a recently penned deal.

The confusion, like Dave says, could be that the Hex is split: Sudeten is a world in the hex, but the Ravens have their own facilites at Blair Atholl. In any case, the Jade Falcons do not recognize your right to take their facilities, considering the announced target of your raid is the Ravens. You can get the shipyards you seek by going to Blair Atholl and defeating their forces. No matter what your issues with the Ravens are, they do not concern the Falcons, or their facilities.

I know from past discussions that they had or were in the process of being packed up to be moved a few cycles back.  I don't know the time table for it though. 

Did the diamond Sharks ever help any of the clans rebuild?  As far as I know they never did as that was about when Chained Lady bowed out.

OOC: ((Waves)) Technically, the Shipyards are still above Sudeten and "Guest" facilities. When they have time to be packed and unpacked, they will be moved. We do not considered "Guest" Shipyards because the Falcons along with Blair Atholl have given us the RP they generate (in exchange for the free protection they get for us gaurding them in the same hex as Sudeten). Basically the laborers are either living on the stations or transporting from Blair Athol to work. The header remains the same. RP to come soon.

The following is broadcast in the open on all channels shortly after recieving the Diamond Shark batchall.

"This is SaKhan Bryn Cooper, Senior Star Admiral of the Clans. Clan Diamond shark was granted two whole shipyard platforms after the battle for which we fought so hard. Your Khan claimed that in exchange for these platforms, they would use their vast resources to assist with the rebuilding of the our forces until we were all fully recovered from our battle. Where were they when it came time to fulfill their oath? After helping the Spirit Cats, the Sharks helped the Hellions get the Choas Sailor engines barely mobile and then kicked them out of their docks making them go to the Adders to complete repairs. Since then, nothing! The support we received paled in comparison to what was promised! We could not afford to wait until the time when the Sharks felt like fulfilling their commitment, so I sent our warriors to challenge honorably for the platforms back so that Clan Wolf could repair the Sovetskii Soyuz they got as isorla, a ship you were supposed to help them rebuild! But not only did we find that they had not fulfilled their oath to help all of us rebuild, you had left no warriors to defend your claim to the station, not a single Solahma to keep watch in a system crawling with degraza spheroids looking to blow these stations apart. Perhaps they expected the gracious Falcons would continue to gaurd the facilities for them?" Ships in the void began to register as they manauvered closer "The truth is that they failed to uphold their Rede, a very serious offense, and are now come claim more stations! Why? So we can watch you waste even more of our time? They have not earned the right to challenge us for these facilities. Frankly they have not done much of anything to benefit the clans lately, just themselves. They failed in their mission at Ridderkirk...and why is that? Where were their forces supposed to be? I believe they told the ilKhan that they were going gaurding the Clan border with the Draconis Combine. Yet, not only are your forces here instead of there, over half your touman is still in the homeworlds on a desperate land grab!...and this bid? Is this all the ground forces they brought with them to battle the Spheroids? I counted five galaxies trying to claim the territory the Adders took from the Degraza Cobras. FIVE GALAXIES! The Sharks voted for the continuation of our Invasion but it looks like your forces do not back up your claim. Although I do not feel you have earned the right, let it not be said that Clan Snow Raven hides from anyone behind the edicts of others! Despite the ilKhan barring these trials, we shall meet you to do battle in the void, you have stated your forces, and I send the following defensive bid, but beware saKhan Labov, I have seen the Shark in action, and my previous bid is a very liberal one and I will not lose face amongst my trothkin should your bid lacks honor and I am forced to fall back to it.

OOC: Your list of forces includes the Terror of the Deep. My record shows this is a Nightlord, not a Mckenna. Please verify.

"As Senior Star Admiral of the Clans, I asked the forces here what the status of their repairs are.

Per our arrangement, you were supposed to help Clans Hell's Horse, Ice Hellions, and Wolf first because they did not get granted facilities to make their own repairs like the Jade Falcons, Spirit Cats and Star Adders. The fact that you helped the Spirit Cats while you should have been helping others is your first breach of our arrangement. When they left, they left at full keel so I do not know why you claim that continuing to assist them has anything to do with your rede.

Then as I stated, you half heartedly assisted the Ice Hellions. And then, what? You have made no claims as to have assisted the Hell's Horse, Jade Falcon, Wolf, Snow Raven or Star Adder and from my records have not even made offers to, I can certainly attest to this as the highest ranking Raven on Station for my own clan.

And I can see how timid the Shark has become, perhaps you still feel like one of those little Sea Foxes you used to be? You do me honor with your bid by recognizing that you are not better then Clan Snow Raven, merely a merchant in a warrior's uniform playing ... playing it safe."
