Clan Wolf Help

Guys,
  I think some stuff has been lost with the Wolves between varied leadership, etc.  Also, I want to make sure that I have a good understanding of agreements, etc.  So, if you have any arrangements, territory sharing, etc, with the Wolves, please let me know.  For now, assume the deal is in place.  We can RP changes later.  Also, a specific item I am looking for is the CWS Refuse, the Wolf Newgrange.  Has anyone made deals to acquire this ship?
