Terran Hegemony Advisory Council - Redux!

For the last four turns, the THAC has been very quiet. I have created a new metafaction group for it, but I am going to request that anyone who is still planning to participate in it please re-register here.

Basically, the THAC is your opportunity to shape the actions of the Terran Hegemony. While Precentor Apollyon effectively wields executive authority and Commanding Admiral Marsh directly controls the military, neither has been formally named Director-General, and this places actual legislative authority firmly in the hands of the Advisory Council.

The purpose of the THAC is to give the players a degree of control over the TH and to help dispell its image as the "Mary-Sue GM überfaction."

All players, regardless of their normal factions, are eligible for membership in the THAC, so please sign up if this is something of interest to you to participate in.
