OKay, I believe that means 10% of whatever the final determination is.

Surveying the battlefield, Bryn watched the dropships burning for atmo. "Khan Lynn, your forces will be attacking fron the south along with the Falcons. The Bears and Ravens will attack from the north under the command of Alpha Galaxy Thorsten Magnus. We have done our part, now get in there and tear those wolves apart!" A ping precluded the Camel Khan's reply. "Take care not to over exert yourself, Khan Cooper," Amy said coolly.  "Save your strength for fighting our enemies, lets you should have a fight amoung your friends." Bryn looked over to where the Jacquelines body had fallen. It was gone now, but he still remembered the sound it made as it hit the floor. "I can still suprise you. Just make it happen and quickly,  before they go to ground! "

======================================================

Khan Amy Lynn watched out of the dropship viewport. They'd passed the last of the littered space debris and were getting ready for final burn. "People of Tamar, the warriors that once swore to protect you by clan law have abandoned their oathes. They have chosen to follow the ways of the Usurper instead of the ways of the Founder.  The Watch has confirmed at least one Nuclear Weapon was aboard the Agincourt, a fact that sunk her. We do not known how many they have left after giving from their stockpiles to the Terrans.  Make for cover and shelter yourselves in case they should chose to go that far. You will not suffer for their audacity." She calmly put down the microphone and headed for the mech bay.

NVA

"To the cowards of Kerensky bearing down from space, your doublespeak and forked tongues do not sway us.  The Wolves are not the betrayers.  Each clan has nuclear devices.  There is no secret there.  But, so does each house.  That you would assume that we would supply the Terrans with such devices only shows your continued ignorance.  We will stand beside those brave warriors of Clan Wolf.  We do not fear you.  We revile you.  You are cowards all.  Snakes, who know that it takes at least 3 of you to equal a single Clan Wolf warrior.  This has been shown on world after world.  So, speak well of yourself, for your words fall on deaf ears.  Instead, your actions, you cowardice, is what will always be remembered.  The people of Tamar wouldn't even piss in your genepool, for such would improve you.  I am Governor Slantakhis and I dare ANY of you to meet Clan Wolf in honorable combat.  But, I know you do not have the courage.  In fact, I offer to meet any of you in single combat.  Is there a single clan warrior who believe themself capable of defeating a mere Governor of a Clan Wolf world?  I doubt it, based on the actions that have occurred.  But, my challenge stands.  I will meet any of you in single combat in my battlemech."

Daemonknight

A staticy transmission is recieved from a Clan Jade Falcon Overlord-C transport.

"I, Star Commander Alexi Pryde, of the Jade Falcon Phi Galaxy, accept your challenge! My Star shall accompany me to a site of your choosing, to monitor our battle. They will swear a rede to refrain from intervening, except to remove my body and mech should I fall."
"My only regret is that I will not be alive in .03 seconds. I would have liked to watch the enemy attempt to vent an omnidirectional thermonuclear blast enveloping their outpost."
-Last thoughts of Maldon, Type XXX Bolo, 3rd Battalion, Dinochrome Brigade

Iron Mongoose

"Star Commander Pryde, I, Star Captian Cary Grant of the Camels' 61st Firestorm Cluster will bid against you for this right.  I bid myself (1/2) in a Turkina B."

DisGruntled

Clan "Wolf" was now giving civilians battlemechs, how low they have fallen in such a short span of time.  It was just another blatant attempt at stalling this whole operation.  Granted the cowards hiding below were not stupid.  Their only hope was the arrival of an accursed not-named fleet and they were doing all they could to delay the inevitable.  It was up to the Adders to keep the Coalition on task if at all possible.

Fatebringer

445.25 * .1 = 44.5 out of position to respond leaving Clan Wolf with 400.75 FP for the Ground Battle.

The ground forces proceed to roll out with superior air power as all of the Wolf air is gone. Please take the side challenge to a new thread, forces there are negligable and will not effect the Round's combat. Bid well, the Govenor's probably some retired Star Colonel in a 1/2 Direwolf Widowmaker.  ;D

Back to the round's combat.

Clans: 1337 FP

Thorsten pushed forward in his Dire Wolf knowing that the clan who had produced the machine stood in front of him on the battlefield. They were fine warriors, but they suffered an infection at the hightest levels of their command and infection that has spread to all those in front of them. They thought they were the best, but they had spent so long on top, when they started to fall, they fell fast and hard and the desperation in their voices as they refused to remain clan showed that this had to be done, and of course, but who knew the Ravens would be there to pick up the pieces.

NVA

"To those who claim to be honorable before us on the field of battle.  I am saKhan Ivan Kerensky.  Hear me and hear me well.  Your leaders here wish to keep their heads buried in the sand.  I cannot entirely blame them, as I did as well for so long.  But, the truth is out there.  Those  who they seek to destroy are guilty of nothing, except possibly being exceptional.  The Not Na...Neg.  I will not do it anymore.  I will not sully a name simply because tradition dictates.  I will NOT bury my head any longer.  Clan Wolf was tasked with the destruction of Clan Wolverine.  For a long time, we stayed to that task.  Then, we learned, it was a lie.  That is right.  Clan Wolverine is not responsible for the destruction of Dehra Dun.  This will anger the Ravens, but, I suspect they know the truth as well.  Clan Snow Raven is in fact responsible for the accident that led to the destruction of Dehra Dun.  I can not deny the evidence.  At what appears to be the ilKhan's order, a nuclear device was supposed to target a Clan Wolverine naval vessel.  In defending itself, that vessel disabled the Snow Raven fighter which carried that weapon.  That fighter fell upon Dehra Dun.  And, why did Kerensky order this?  It appears, simply because the Wolverine's were becoming superior to the other clans and had enacted rules loosening the restrictions on caste.  Restrictions that it now appears were meant to be temporary.  Clan Wolf is not here to destroy those traditions.  We have always been one of the most liberal clans with this regard, which is why we ascended so far.  Now, we stand ready to defend ourselves and our way.  We are prepared to do it according to Kerensky's traditions.  Which path shall you follow?  Shall you adhere to those traditions, confident in your superiority over your foe, such that you do not require as much force.  Or, will you continue the cowardice of your leaders, hiding behind excuses.  The governor of this world has received a couple of acceptances to his challenge.  Do any of you dare to face me?  I am saKhan Ivan Kerensky of Clan Wolf and I challenge any of you to honorable combat.  Do any of you have the courage and skill to face me in one on one comabt?  Or, are you all chaclas cowards?"

Fatebringer

"Evidence? The evidence was presented to the Grand Council years ago and even Clan Wolf voted to continue the annilation because they knew then that the tape was a sham and that the Not-Named were guilty of so much more that never went to trial because they were already being put up for Annihilation.

The desperation in your voice betrays you Ivan. You were weak, the exiled were weak, you both gambled away your status of an honorable clan in a desperate attempt to be strong again, and lost. You knew that when you chose to abandon the ways of the founder that we could not allow you to leave and bolster their numbers. This is the way it must be."

Thorsten switched to the tech frequency. "Jam them, I tire of their whining."
