So, does this mean the Wolves are refusing to grant the Falcons Safcon, and are intercepting them in orbit?

It means the trial is being set IN space with aerospace fighters.  SafCon will not be granted to the planet, as it won't be needed.  But, you will be allowed to send your fighters to the location of the trial.

So, you're bidding only fighters to defend is what you're saying. Because I bid a ground force. That nessecitates there being a location on planet.

  Alright folks here's the deal. CJF issued the trial and requested Safcon to the surface. They are well with in their right to do so. A batchall was offered so the Wolves either accept it or deny it.If they deny it the Falcons may attack with EVERYTHING at their disposal with no loss of honor. The hunted normally selects venue unless target is specified in the initial Batchall. Sort it out folks.

Ruling needed?  Yes, they issued a batchall.  SafCon request has nothing ot do with the batchall.  My intent is to accept the trial via ASF fight in space.  I don't understand where the issue is.
