Right in middle of the usually high Homeworlds Traffic a single Overlord Dropship arrived, dispatching a pair of Overlord C's who started their trip towards Huntress rightaway

Long before their arrival a messages was transmitted towards the planet:

"Warriors of clan Star Adder. I am StarCaptain Kreoss of the 167th Garrison cluster, Clan Spirit Cat.
We have important business with the Blood Spirits on this planet but do not seek to live with them in that period.
This is why I am hereby issuing a... trial of useage for the city of Lootera (positioned in hex 3117) for the period of two months (one turn).
We simply need a place to rest and train in that time
