FP 3090 Map Updates

Planet Rudolpho in Hex# 4720 was detoxified in Turn 3
John Henry Space Station added to Hex:4418 in Turn 3
Asteroid P3TH is actually a planet, so the hex has a habitable RA world on it. The hex should be RA Blue. :)

Fp '90 Updates - Clan Hell's Horses

Hex 2211 - Harvest now detoxified.
Hex 2309 - New planet discovered (Axum).  Hex now in CHH orange. :)

CHH also has a couple of Research Facilities, which the GMs need to determine the location of (as per the rules on these facilities)
