LittleH13 - Rules Marshal

Hi folks,

This is to announce officially what some of you have already heard privately: Josh (LittleH13) has accepted a position working with me as a rules marshal. His duties include:

• Making combat/RP posts for GM factions, and playing for GM factions in MegaMek
• Assisting players with orders completion and with rules questions
• Making "GM" die rolls and assisting with administrative tasks such as events notification
• Assisting with end-of-turn simple resolution of unfinished combat threads

Josh will not be responsible for the following - the following issues should be brought to my attention...

• Creating new rules or issuing eratta for existing rules
• Resolving OOC disputes, sportsmanship complaints, or cheating allegations
