It has just come to my attention that the faction leader position for Oriente-Andurien has opened up, so if you want to take the plunge with that one let me know and I'll help you get up to speed. On the other hand, if you don't want to have to handle faction leader duties, I'll happily approve you for Marik-Tamarind (in which case, DisGruntled will be your point of contact).

Eeeeexcellent. I will send you a PM with the information neccessary to create your faction "build" so you'll be able to jump right in for turn two. In the meanwhile, read up on the short history, faction issues, and then wade right into the debates about counter-insurgency and taxation in the WOB occupation zones. Especially on the taxation issue, you might well have the deciding vote

Daemon, you are approved for the LC. You may be interested to know however that the Draconis Combine currently does not have a player so if you are interested in trying something different please let me know.

VIP rules aren't in yet, I've run into a couple of game balance issues I'm trying to tease out before they go live, but I will try to get them up ASAP.

Right now, each player is only able to run one faction... but there are fewer factions in this campaign too so that factors in.

Hey Dave, in looking over my post about running factions, i realize i made a mistake. what i meant to ask was wether we were only allowed to have a presence in a single Faction? Could i have a role in another faction(like being a Clan Galaxy Commander, or a Lyran Grand Duke)?
